Every plugin purchase includes 1 full year of support from the date of purchase. That covers bug reports, installation help, configuration questions, and anything that stops the plugin from working as documented.
When your support year ends, the plugin continues to work. You simply won’t be covered for new support requests unless you renew.
Being clear about our support scope helps avoid delays.
We respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days. Most requests receive a reply much sooner.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our team in India, the USA, and Australia.
Some technical issues require deeper investigation. If that’s the case, we’ll acknowledge your request within 24 hours and keep you updated as we work toward a resolution.

Lifetime plan holders receive bug fixes and security updates without needing to renew their license. The plugin will continue to be maintained and patched.
Support is included for the first year after purchase. After that, a support renewal is available if you require direct assistance.
Please note that new features introduced after your purchase date are not included with lifetime plans.
