License & Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing KrishaStore. This License & Subscription Policy explains how our premium plugin licenses, subscriptions, renewals, product access, and support services work.

By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using any premium product from KrishaStore, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Licensing

All premium products purchased from KrishaStore require a valid license key to activate and access premium features according to the license plan you select.

A license key is issued after successful payment and is linked to your product, subscription plan, and customer account. A license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product according to your plan. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the product.

You are responsible for keeping your license information secure. License keys must not be shared, distributed, resold, sublicensed, or publicly exposed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your license and account.

2. License Activation

Each license includes a specific activation limit based on the plan purchased. Available license options may include:

A license may only be activated on the number of websites included with the selected plan.

KrishaStore reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any license that is misused, shared publicly, redistributed, or used in violation of these terms.

3. Subscription Plans

KrishaStore offers different license options, which may include the following:

Plan availability, pricing, included features, activation limits, update eligibility, and support benefits vary by product. Please review the selected plan carefully on the product page before completing your purchase, as the terms shown there apply to your order.

4. Renewal, Billing & Automatic Payments

Monthly and Annual licenses require an active subscription to continue accessing premium features and services.

By purchasing a Monthly or Annual subscription, you authorize KrishaStore (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date at the then-current renewal price, plus applicable taxes, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal pricing may differ from any introductory or promotional price paid at first purchase.

An active Monthly or Annual subscription provides access to:

It is your responsibility to keep your billing details current. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will attempt to notify you. If payment cannot be collected, premium features, updates, downloads, and license-based functionality will be disabled until a valid payment is received.

5. Expiration & Loss of Access

If a Monthly or Annual subscription expires, fails to renew, or is cancelled, the plugin will remain installed but access to premium features, updates, downloads, security patches, and standard support will be disabled until the subscription is renewed or a new valid license is purchased.

If your license expires or is not active, you may continue using the plugin, but premium features will be disabled until you renew or purchase a new license.

6. License Upgrade, Downgrade & Plan Changes

Please review your license selection carefully before purchase. Once a license or subscription has been purchased, the plan type, billing cycle, and license duration cannot be downgraded, converted, or modified. This includes, but is not limited to:

If you require a different license type, you may purchase a new license to suit your needs. Your existing license will continue under the original terms and benefits included at the time of purchase.

7. Lifetime License

A Lifetime License provides the right to use the purchased product based on the features and version available at the time of purchase.

Lifetime License customers receive one (1) year of standard support from the original purchase date, unless stated otherwise on the product purchase page.

Product updates are not included with a Lifetime License. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customers who wish to receive future updates, security patches, compatibility improvements, or new versions will need to purchase an applicable update plan or subscription separately.

“Lifetime” refers only to the usage rights of the purchased product version. It does not include lifetime updates, upgrades, maintenance releases, support services, or guaranteed compatibility with future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, third-party plugins, themes, APIs, or external platforms. “Lifetime” refers to the supported lifecycle of the product itself and does not imply a perpetual obligation beyond the product’s availability (see Section 13).

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel an active Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Once that period ends, access to premium features, updates, downloads, standard support, and license-based services will no longer be available unless you renew.

Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Refund requests are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

9. Product Updates

KrishaStore continuously improves its products through updates that may include new features, bug fixes, security improvements, and compatibility updates.

Access to product updates requires an active Monthly or Annual subscription or a valid update plan. We do not guarantee a specific update frequency, timeline, or that every product will receive updates indefinitely.

10. Support Eligibility

Standard support is available only to customers with an active support period under their purchased plan. Support coverage, channels, response times, limitations, and exclusions are defined in our Support Policy.

11. Third-Party Dependencies

Some products may rely on third-party services, APIs, plugins, themes, payment providers, hosting environments, or platforms.

KrishaStore is not responsible for changes, limitations, pricing updates, service interruptions, discontinuation, or issues caused by third-party providers, or for any resulting impact on our product’s functionality.

12. Pricing, Taxes & Changes

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including GST, VAT, or sales tax, which may be added at checkout based on your location.

KrishaStore reserves the right to modify product pricing, subscription plans, included features, and license terms at any time. Pricing changes will not affect the current paid term of an existing active subscription but may apply at the next renewal, where permitted by law.

13. License Termination

KrishaStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate a license, without refund, if:

Terminated licenses lose access to premium features, updates, downloads, and support services. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.

14. Policy Updates

KrishaStore may update this License & Subscription Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the latest version of this policy.
